Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Subscribe & Save orders automatically recur and bill your payment method on a monthly basis (every 30 days) at the subscription price shown at checkout (currently $67.00 per shipment), until you cancel.
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, at no cost, by emailing contact@shilara.us or contacting us at 9497340969. To avoid being charged for an upcoming shipment, cancel at least 3 business days before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle; any shipment already processed or shipped before cancellation will still be delivered and charged.
Price and Terms Changes
If we change the subscription price, billing frequency, or other material terms, we will notify you by email in advance of the change taking effect. Continuing your subscription after that notice means you accept the updated terms; if you do not agree, you may cancel using the instructions above.

Each subscription shipment is covered by our standard 30-day money-back guarantee, described in our Return and Refund Policy.
